the terms that apply when you purchase from us, and our fulfilment, shipping, and returns/exchanges policies.

1) What information we collect

When you purchase from our store, we collect the personal information you provide as part of the transaction,
such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number (where provided).

When you browse our website, we may automatically receive certain technical information such as your device and browser details,
and your internet protocol (IP) address, to help us understand how visitors use our site and to improve performance and security.

2) How we use your information

  • To process and fulfil your order, including shipping and delivery communications.
  • To communicate with you about your purchase (order confirmations, dispatch notices, service updates).
  • To provide customer support and handle enquiries.

Our online store is operated on a third-party e-commerce platform (including WordPress/WooCommerce) and is hosted by
service providers that store data on secure servers behind firewalls.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (for example, card processors and/or PayPal).
We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Payment information is handled securely by the relevant payment processor
in accordance with their security standards (including PCI-DSS where applicable).

7) Third-party services

In general, third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary
to perform the services they provide to us (for example: payment processing, shipping, analytics, and email delivery).

Terms of Service

1) General

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through ramedicare.com and any related customer communications.
By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2) Registration & account security

Registration is not required to purchase. If you create an account, you agree to provide information that is true, accurate,
current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities
that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

3) Prohibited conduct

We may suspend or terminate access for activities including (but not limited to):

  • Using technology to disrupt our services, hide multiple accounts, or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Submitting unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Sending unsolicited messages or spam.
  • Impersonating others or providing false information.

4) Third-party links

Our site may include links to third-party websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy,
or policies. Use of external sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

5) Eligibility to purchase

To place an order, you must:

6) Product information

We aim to ensure product descriptions and content are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that all content is
error-free, current, or complete at all times. If you believe an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please refer to
the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

7) Pricing

Prices are displayed on the website at the time your order is placed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
If a pricing error occurs, we may contact you to reconfirm the order or cancel it and issue a refund.

If your card is not denominated in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), your bank may apply exchange rates and fees.

8) Payment

We accept selected payment methods as displayed at checkout. If your payment provider refuses to authorise payment,
we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

9) Order acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance.
A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation (or otherwise confirm that your order has been shipped).
Only items listed in the dispatch confirmation form part of that contract.

We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

  • The product is out of stock or withdrawn.
  • We identify a pricing or product description error.
  • We are unable to obtain payment authorisation.
  • We suspect fraud or unauthorised transactions.
  • You do not meet eligibility requirements.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramedicare Sdn Bhd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising from your use of our website or products, or from delays and interruptions outside our reasonable control.


Fulfilment & Shipping Policy

1) Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays),
unless otherwise stated on the product page or during promotional periods.

2) Shipping & tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation. Tracking information is provided where available.

3) Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors.
While we aim to support smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances
beyond our control.

4) Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete,
this may result in delays, returns to sender, or non-delivery. Ramedicare Sdn Bhd is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses
provided incorrectly by the customer.

5) Delivered packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If you cannot locate a delivered parcel, please check with household members, neighbours, building management, or your local postal office,
as carriers may leave parcels in secure locations.

Where a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

6) Returned-to-sender or failed delivery

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible
for additional shipping fees to resend the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7) Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We only consider exchanges/replacements where an item is
defective or damaged upon delivery.

1) Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement (subject to stock availability). We do not offer cash refunds for approved exchanges
unless required by law.

2) Sale items

Discounted and special-priced items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are defective
or damaged upon delivery.

3) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where an exchange is approved, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
If a refund is issued (where required by law), the cost of original shipping may be deducted from the refunded amount where permitted.

4) Return instructions

Do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return or exchange is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions at that time.

5) Exchanges of different value

  • If the replacement item is of lower value, we do not refund the difference.
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
