Directions:
- Rub well on the affected area. Repeat 3 to 4 times daily.
- For children under 12, consult a doctor before use.

When using this product: Discontinue use if excessive irritation of the skin develops. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin.
Do not bandage tightly. Do not use with heating pad.
Discontinue use of this product and consult a doctor if condition worsens, symptoms persist for more than 7 days , or clear up and occur again within a few days, Severe skin irritation occurs.
If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health care professional before use.

I have to say, Ramedica is an incredible wonder balm that relieves pain very quickly. I have Muscular Dystrophy, and my muscles get very sore. Ramedica has helped relieve some of that pain in an instant with just one application! I will definitely continue to use Ramedica, and would recommend it to anyone with sore muscles or joints. I have used this wonderful Ramedica Wonder Balm for at least 25 years .it has always helped my muscular back pain (repeated injuries followed by surgery) and wrist pain.When i fractured my clavicle it was my only pain relief, as I don’t like to take oral analgesia. I have shared this product with my elderly mother and brother.My brother and I now order the box of 12 jars and share it! When I return to England from the States, I always need to bring extra boxes for them! I have found it is EXTRA wonderful, when applied after a bath. It penetrates deeply and I enjoy the tingle I get, so I know it’s going to relieve my discomfort extra quickly. I get a similar effect if I apply a heated “bean bag” or heating pad on my back after applying the. balm.

I have been using Dr. Lim’s family recipe wonder balm since he was in Las Vegas, back in the early 90’s. This balm takes care of muscle aches and pains but has also helped me heal many bruises and minor injuries much more quickly than without it. I also apply it to my sinus areas at night, to relieve sinus congestion and promote free breathing and relaxation at bedtime. Applying small amounts to my neck and the bottoms of my feet, to help with relaxation and aid in sleeping. This balm does almost everything. By marketing this ancient family recipe, the Lim family has been helping me heal, relax, and sleep for decades. If I could give Ramedica 10 stars, I would! I honestly could not function without this product. I have a connective tissue disease and experience chronic foot, ankle, hip, and back pain. I regularly use Ramedica twice a day on a spot on the side/bottom of my foot and top of my ankle. When I forget to use it, I can barely bare weight on that foot. I have had a complete medical work-up to make sure I don’t have a fracture or tear or inflammation or nerve issues to that area before continuing to use the product long term. My son and husband use Ramedica as needed for back, shoulder, and knee pain because they are competitive tennis players. My mom uses it to relieve pain from carpal tunnel syndrome. For new pain, I use it three times a day until the pain is under control, then decrease to twice a day, and then once a day, and then I stop using it (except for my foot and ankle which I explained above).
