• Apply the Oil – Dispense a small amount of Ramedicare Gua Sha Oil into your palms and warm it between your hands. Gently massage it onto the targeted area (neck, shoulders, back, arms, or legs) to create a smooth glide for your Gua Sha tool.

• Hold the Tool Correctly – Grip your Ramedicare Gua Sha tool at a 15–30° angle to your skin.

• Use Gentle, Upward Strokes – With light to medium pressure, glide the tool over the skin in long, even strokes. Move in the direction of lymphatic flow (towards the heart) to encourage circulation and energy movement.

• Focus on Tension Areas – Apply extra attention to areas with tightness or discomfort, using slower, intentional movements. Avoid pressing too hard—Gua Sha should feel relieving, not painful.

• Breathe & Relax – Inhale deeply as you work through each area, allowing the calming scent of lavender and Roman chamomile to enhance relaxation.

• Repeat as Needed – Perform your Gua Sha routine for 5–10 minutes daily or as needed for stress relief, muscle relaxation, and improved chi flow.

• Post-Treatment Care – After your Gua Sha session, rest and avoid strenuous activities for a few hours to allow the body to recover.

Step 1: Apply Gua Sha oil

Step 2: Hold the Guasha Tool

• Hold the Gua Sha tool at a 15–30° degree angle to your skin.
• Apply gentle pressure—use more pressure for deeper muscle layers, and less pressure for sensitive or tender areas.

Step 3: Begin Scraping

• Start scraping from the base of the painful area and move toward the heart (e.g., from the neck toward the shoulders or from the lower back upward).
• Use long, firm strokes. Apply steady pressure as you scrape the tool over your skin. Slight redness of the skin may appear – this is a good sign.
• Repeat each stroke 5-10 times, depending on your comfort level.
